I am basically doing a case about SiriusXM Radio Holdings (satellite radio service)
I have to write environmental analysis for the industry which the radio broadcasting industry. Note that it is subscription based satellite radio service not free radio service.
Does have to talk about radio broadcasting industry but must consider this is something different from other radio companies such as Iheart-radio.
Environmental Analysis will include:

2. Economic segment
3. political segment
4. sociocultural segment
5. technological segment
6. Global segment
Note: Don’t have to include them all but, must include demographic, economic segment, one or two more that you find it useful for the paper.
Industry Analysis(Porter’s Five Model)
1. Barriers to entry
2. Threat of substitute products
3. Intensity of rival competition
4. Bargaining power of buyers

I see competitors of SiriusXM as Pandora(internet industry), iheart-radio(radio broadcasting industry) and the entire internet industry.
4th. Part: Internal Analysis
Based on SWOT Analysis (see PPT provided)
Need to clarify SWOT SWOT
conclusion this part will be identifying competitive advantage which is quality of service and satellite license that SiriusXM has (high entry barrier)
