We have watched 3 movies that showed 3 different minorities in France: “Hate”, “Monsieur Ibrahim and the flowers of Quran” and “The Intouchables”. Write about the different minorities in France that you learned through the movies you have watched. Compare with the minorities found in the United States, and particularly in California.

Help with writing a good paper
1. Make sure that you discuss ONLY the MOVIE, not your own philosophy of life.
2. You are going to use the movies to prove or illustrate your point. DO NOT TELL THE STORY OF THE MOVIES. I have watched them so many times!
3. Brainstorm a list of ideas related to the topic.
4. Look at your list and decide which ideas are important, which ones are secondary, which ones are not relevant.
5. Make a new list that comprises the main ideas, starting with the one you think is the most significant, following up with the rest, in order of importance.
6. Find an example or a quote from the movie to illustrate your main idea.
7. Find examples or quotes to illustrate the other ideas that you are going to discuss.
8. Start your paper by typing the title of the topic you.
9. Create subtitles for each of your three or four paragraphs and then make sure that you write only about the subject of your subtitle in each paragraph.
10. No plagiarism, i.e. do not use other people’s text(s) as is!
