I am part time Accounting and statistic teacher in higher education sector UK. I am doing a course in which my class are observed by three times by my colleagues and seniors. After the observation they gave me the feedback. Now I need to write 2000 words of reflection on teaching observations. Because of more mathematical person and not good on academic writing side, I need your help in writing this reflection. I have attached
1. the main points of teaching observations from all the three observations done (see attachment observation feedback main points).
2. I have also attached two examples of reflections for guidance ( see attachments example 1 and example 2)
3. Assessment criteria (see attachment )
Please do make use of educational theories in writing reflections plus UK Qualification and Credits Framework and high quality journals. Please also look at the assessment criteria very carefully and achieve at least merit level.<br>

The collection must comprise:<br>
• A reflective analysis of at least 3 teaching observations<br>
• A reflective commentary on the experience of the course, including their role and contribution to the learning set activities<br>
• A summary critical statement about their professional development in respect to learning and teaching in higher education
