Past Conditionals
Directions: Write a one-page paper about a past regret that you have. You can choose your own topic and use the following prompts to help you get started:
1. If only…
2. I wish I had…..
Describe the past situation using a number of supporting details and appropriate conditional forms (e.g. past real or mixed conditionals with “if” “I wish” or “if only”).
Your paper will be evaluated mainly on accuracy of conditionals, and partially on overall grammatical accuracy.
**Important: Use conditional sentences, but DO NOT look on the internet to find a paper! Use your own words and ideas.

This assignment is due on Tuesday, April 21st. Please type (size 12 font, double-space, 1-inch margins, etc.), and print before class.
