Are there certain types of services that are more imperfect than others? How so? Think about the positive and detrimental external forces affecting delivery as you discuss with each other. •Who do you think are the major players in the United States health care delivery system? How would you evaluate their job performance? Do you believe that consumers should take any role in responsibility? Why or why not
