1. Assignment Instructions

Students are required to submit a 4,000 word Research Report based on the topic developed in their Research Proposal (assessment Item 2). The following format is recommended:

1. Title page –include the report title, your name, student number, and date of submission.

2. Introduction –restate the topic, outline the report’s aim and introduce the content that will follow.

3. Main Body:

a) Background –provide the context of the topic and its rationale

b) Literature Review –explain how the literature has informed your topic, critique of the articles cited would be appropriate here. At least 8 articles and texts should be referenced.

c) Discussion –expand on the subject matter

d) Conclusion –provide a synopsis of the report, offer managerial/practitioner implications and possible future discourse emanating from your report.

4. References – Formatted in the APA style.

5. Formatting – Place a title at the top of page one before the introduction, include page numbers at the bottom of the page, use a minimum of 12 point font.
