Research a candidate running for President, paying particular attention to his (or her if a woman joins the race) record on women’s issues. What is his (or her) platform? Is this person a good leader, if we consider ONLY his/her ideas and actions regarding women? What has the candidate done for women? What has to candidate promised to do for women? How would or have these actions affect women? Your assessment of whether or not the candidate has produced or proposed good legislation should be more analytical than “It’s bad for women.” Think big picture: what are the short- and long-term ramifications of said legislation and of having this person as the leader of the U.S.?
