The multiplicity of cultures in the international scope entails the compliance of people to not only grow but also thrive in a cosmopolitan favorable setting that will boost the blossoming of both the intercultural exchange and the cultures in general. To vouch for efficient communication between various groups in an international organization, international cooperation work becomes a vital tool. International cooperation work guarantees the upholding of connections between the parties involved in the organization. Nevertheless, the international cooperation work is faced a major setback: cultural multiplicity. This is because the majority of multinational organizations constitute of individuals from varying nations, races, languages among other differences in ethnic backgrounds.
The project focuses on two main subjects which are the main cultural multiplicity issues found in an international cooperation work and how those issues can be tackled. This project will put one in a position to deeply understand the world, the diverse cultures and other social factors. The project will also put one in a position to understand how this factors impact on the international social work more so cooperation work. There are two factors that propelled more to opt for this topic. One, in the wake of the world becoming a global village, social workers has been rendered possible to work in any corner of the world. Thus, arises the dire need of getting familiarized with the diverse cultures more so in an international working environment. Second, multinational cooperation work plays a vital work in international organizations. Thus, to enhance smooth operations, it becomes essential to get familiarized with the diverse cultures.
This project seeks to shed light on the main matters in such a setting. One, the project seeks to shed light on the main cultural multiplicity issues that arise in international cooperation work. Second, how those issues have an impact on the international cooperation work. Third, how those issues can be tackled. Lastly, the project touches on how cultural multiplicity can improve international cooperation work.
