1. Explain how FMEA could be integrated into an environmental management system to reduce the risk of environmental failures. Is this a good idea or are there better
alternatives?

2. Select a product or service that is of interest to you and use QFD to create your own
“House of Quality” for that product or service. Comment on your findings and discuss
how potential improvements could be implemented by the organisation offering this
product or service.
3. Describe how you would integrate three BITTS approaches of your choice into a
coherent improvement strategy for Starbucks Blackwell’s. How would you implement
this strategy?
