1. Arguments for the need to be big. Define what you mean by “big”
2. Argument for decentralizing and spinning off strategic business units.
3. Arguments for and against outsourcing. What should you consider when deciding to outsource?
4. Are we outsourcing technology and our competitive advantage – why or why not?
5. Discuss and give examples regarding tax breaks, shelters, and lobbying power of businesses

In the past the United States has imposed trade embargoes or economic sanctions against many countries.
6. Discuss the various trade embargoes or economic sanctions (there are many different kinds). Have they worked in Cuba or Iran – choose one – why or why not?
