The presentation must represent a lessons learned review of a completed project (or major project phase) and discuss strengths and weaknesses of the project related to the areas of project planning, scope management, monitoring and reporting of project schedule and cost status, procurement management and project communications. You must analyze how well the project performed in each of the areas and provide recommendations on areas of excellence, as well as areas with potential for improvement. The presentation should be from the perspective of a project manager providing feedback to senior management stakeholders with a focus on defining areas for process improvement for future projects. The presentation should be between 15 to 20 minutes in length (or 15- 20 slides). References should be cited using APA format.
