1. Exam I is worth 25 points total.  It will cover content from Period 1 through Period 4 materials, focusing on leadership.  You will need to review the two case studies found in the Exam I folder (titled: “Case Study #1” and “Case Study #2”).  Please read these case studies before taking the exam.  You may use your notes.  The exam will have a limit of 3 hours   You may type/write your exam in Microsoft Word, but when done, please copy and paste into the submission window inside of Blackboard and click save then submit. If you are working inside of Blackboard, please save…and save often just in case something happens. However, submit your responses only once.
2. The exam will consist of four (4) essay questions. Carefully and thoroughly answer the questions by linking the scenario application to materials learned and discussed in class. Be sure to include relevant scenario examples to demonstrate applied learning where appropriate. Answers need not be lengthy to be effective. However, you should use whatever length of a response necessary to develop a well-constructed response for each essay.

.  1 Discuss and analyze, with supporting evidence, the roles and any challenges between stakeholders and how these challenges (if you determine any to exist) interact with managing the project equilibrium.  If you feel that no challenges or issues exist, please indicate why with supporting evidence.
