The final paper is a review of the book, How Race Survived US History, and should be between 3-5 pages. Take note of the following as you think out what your review will contain: 1- What would you say is the theme of the book, and how well does the author argue the theme? 2- Indicate some key points in the theme that mirror and/or demon- strate exactly how they give support to the title of the book in terms of how race survived. 3- What, according to the author, is the prognosis for the future of racism in US history, and will an African American at the Executive Helm have any affect on that prognosis? 4- And finally, what is your overall reaction to the book in helping you come to grips with an enhanced understanding of racism and/or white supremacy? Would you recommend the book to others?
