a.) Project Strategy: At this point in your project, you should understand the scope and dynamics of the problem you want to address. What are some strategies that you would devise for solving the problem? List at least three (3) strategies. Chose one of these strategies and explain why you think it is the best approach for you to solve this problem.
b.) Intended Goals: Give a clear statement of your project’s intended outcomes. Be specific and concrete about what you want your project to accomplish. Specify both minimum and maximum goals. Minimum objectives are those that must be achieved before you will consider the project completed. Maximum objectives are those which you want to achieve if there is time and opportunity after the minimum goals are achieved.
5. METHODOLOGY (3-4 PAGES)
a.) Overview of Intervention: Describe the main details of the intervention you are developing, including the major activities and steps involved, how many times events will happen, etc. (e.g., You are working with “X” organization to develop a series of 4 workshops for teens and parents on TEEN PREGNANCY prevention. The workshops will be offered once a week. Presenters will include….. There will also be interactive parts. Be descriptive as you possibly can to give your reader a full understanding of your planned intervention. Be sure to include the following in this section:
* Participants-Who are the participants and how many?
* Research Instrument (Participant Interviews, Surveys, Focus Groups)
* Procedure–How will you conduct the study?
* Protocol for engaging with the community.
