choose STAR A or B
You must answer three questions, selecting one from each category. You must choose STAR A or STAR B. You must choose SHARE A or SHARE B. You must choose General A or General B. At the end of the interview, you must pose two questions to the recruiter. Note: The recruiter does not have to answer the questions.
STAR A: Using the STAR format, tell me about a time when you worked with a team and it was a good experience.
STAR B: Using the STAR format, tell me about a time when you gave constructive criticism.
SHARE A: Using the SHARE format, tell me about a time when you had to make a tough decision.
SHARE B: Using the SHARE format, tell me about a time when you were disappointed in your performance.
General A: Define leadership. Based on that definition, are you a leader?
General B: Name one reason someone may not like working for you.
Recruiter Questions: At the end of the interview most recruiters will ask if you have questions for them. You do. Here’s your chance to demonstrate that you are an excellent candidate. Ask two questions that you think will position you as a great candidate.
After you have answered the questions and asked your two questions to the recruiter, you should thank the recruiter for his/her time and shake the recruiter’s hand. That will be the end of this assignment.
