Comment on the effectiveness of TV as a means to bring private matters like sexual orientation to the public sphere. Explain what Moore found was Ellen DeGeneres’s strategy to keep her queer identity as a talking point in the public sphere.

Also, do you think that there is a connection between Disney’s social production of global capitalism and the public sphere as explained in Artz’s article? If yes, what is the connection? Explain briefly.
