What is change? How does change affect a company? Begin by researching your company and changes they have made in the past.

Example of Past Change: This is the type of change you might propose to your company- Domino’s Pizza: fixing a broken image/bad public image. In order to remedy this, ad campaigns were developed to show how friendly and professional the employees were. Change had to be made to fix their image.
