Apply the Trait Theory to the case study and explain the defendant\’s behavior. Show that you understand the trait Theory by illustrating how the theory\’s main principles are reflected in aspects of the defendant\’s Life, Upbringing, Choices, Characteristics and Behaviors. Devotes more space to discussing the Trait Theory versus details of the defendant\’s life. Uses necessary factual information from the text book to explain the key components of the theory and connects the dots between these components to show how/why the defendant became a criminal and relevant aspects of the defendant\’s life.
