Project description
1-Choose a patient with a particular condition (Pneumonia, it\’s easy) & do a focused history & physical exam ( ex. Chief complain: sharp chest pain, elevated WBC count etc)
2-Select TWO professional Journal articles, not books please, (1 pertaining to the Chief Complain & 1 pertaining to the diagnosis and education)
3-Based on data obtained from your client & the readings write a SOAP note.
4- Follow the Rubrics I will attach
