Case study: three levels of thinking and action that support innovation (global, personal, and organizational)

A case study databases of your choosing, to explore cases in which organizations have demonstrated an environment of innovation. Choose one organization to research in depth for this assessment. Integrate information from the case study with research from supporting resources that address innovation at this organization• Write a paper that analyzes how the leader at the organization in your case study demonstrated the three levels of thinking and action that support innovation (global, personal, and organizational). Include the following in your paper:• A section that analyzes which leadership model (or models) and practices would encourage innovation, considering the global context of the organization in your chosen case. Explain why you chose this model(s) and how it would help the leader perform his or her responsibilities as a leader of innovation.• A section that assesses how the chosen case study exemplifies (and/or does not exemplify) the five discovery skills of innovation leaders.• A section that assesses the actions that the leader in your case study took in order to shape organizational culture and processes to be more innovative.• Present an argument for which one of the three organizational DNA factors is most important for this organization’s future success.• Please include the use of the explored the five discovery and delivery skills commonly attributed to innovative leaders:1.
