How to be active during work

Project description
I would like a presentation that explains in the beginning about the important having a good health in terms of nutrition and exercise which will help a person to have more productivity and motivation during his work hours. I would like to include some healthy workouts and nutrition during work that will increase the person of not being tired. And what things to avoid during work that will affect him/her both movement(workout) and nutrition. the work hour to be considered is 8 hours, from 7am to 3pm. Examples with videos and images plus references of studies. At the end I would like a summary to handout to the viewers of what to eat and drink during the work that will help them, and of whats is not.
