(Unbiased Language)
Discuss the issue of unbiased language. Over time the English language evolves; words or expressions that were once considered acceptable are no longer considered appropriate or professional. For example, instead of saying “handicapped,” we are now encouraged to say “physically challenged” or “disabled.”
