The comprehensive project is an individual project analyzing financial statements of two companies–McDonalds (MCD) & Restaurant Brands International (QSR). Financial data can be used from other sources for the horizontal, vertical, and ratio analysis. You must provide the following: •Vertical Analysis on Balance Sheet, Income Statement, of the two companies. Please highlight any issues you find. •Horizontal Analysis on Balance Sheet, Income Statement of the two companies. Please highlight any issues you find. • A comparative analysis of financial ratios of the two companies, please provide the rational for the ratios chosen in your analysis. •A seven-page narrative analysis of the companies using your data and comparing the two companies (SWOT). This narrative is a written explanation, vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, and ratios are provided in your appendix (the appendix is not included in your seven-page analysis). In your analysis you can refer to the information in the appendix. No pictures are allowed in the narrative analysis. The seven pages does not include: Title page, abstract, table on contents, reference page, and appendix. Any narrative analysis that has a 25% in Turnitin will be rejected, the assessment score will be recorded as a zero (plagiarism). •Paper must be in APA 6 format using a 12 pt font. •You must provide at least three cited sources used in the analysis.
