1- The study will conduct In a company ( one case study ).
2- It will use interviews method only to collect data.
3- The study will take convenience sampling, as well as, random sampling.
4- The company will be divided in three parts including: top management, middle and employees. Therefore, the criteria of sampling will take convenience sampling among top and middle management and it will take random sampling from employees.
