Suppose you are a Greek of the 3rd century BCE and you are trying to decide whether you should become a Platonist, an Aristotelian, or an Epicurean.

Explain in some detail how you would evaluate the beliefs and theories of each philosophy and what you would see as the advantages and disadvantages of each philosophy as an explanation of experience and a guide to understanding and living happily in the world. Which would you choose? Or would you decide to reject them all and become a Skeptic? Explain. (As a minimum, consider such topics as ultimate reality, the theory of the divine, the soul, immortality, knowledge, man’s place in the universe, etc.). Your essay should be around 250-300 words, as a minimum.
