Write a one-paragraph short essay (minimum six or seven sentences), in which you answer one of the following questions:

1. What are the defining characteristics of a minority group?
2. What are the causes of racial and ethnic prejudice and discrimination?
3. What is/are the difference(s) between prejudice and discrimination?

This assignment must be written using proper English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Four (4) points will be deducted for each spelling, grammatical, and/or punctuation error. Work that contains more than five (5) spelling or grammatical or punctuation errors and/or work that does not meet the minimun number of sentences required will receive a grade of F (no points). 200 word minimum.
