Research Article Review (30 pts). During the semester, you will complete one article review MAX 4 double-spaced pages of text (1 inch margins, 12 pt font) selected from 2 articles assigned for each major topic. This paper will be written in formal scientific APA style (6th edition). The articles available for each major topic are listed at the end of this document. In order to receive a good grade, your review will be well written, and include a brief summary of the article including methodological strengths and weaknesses, and your reaction to/integration of the research in terms of: a) the current textbook readings and/or classroom material (aging , and b) your own work and/or life experiences. This is not simply an article summary and you will lose substantial points for not doing the reaction/integration component. This research article review counts for 20% of your final grade. Articles are currently available in full text format through online library resources, primarily through EBSCO Hosts Academic Search Premier and PsychInfo
Use Chapter 16 of the textbook (specifically 16.5 on aging and dementia) for the integration piece.
