We have learned a great deal about Crew Resource Management (CRM) concepts, philosophies, methodologies, and application in the aviation industry during this course. However, in recent years CRM has grown in popularity and been implemented in countless other industries such as spaceflight, maritime, trucking, railroad, fire, healthcare, and customer service to name a few. Now you will have an opportunity to apply these concepts, philosophies, and methodologies of CRM to an entirely different industry.
Instructions

Your assignment for the Industry Paper will be to take all that you have learned about CRM and apply it to another industry (excluding the aviation or aerospace industries) of your choosing. This application should include a reflection on how the application of CRM would or could improve that industry in a positive way. You may choose to evaluate an industry that has already embraced CRM and achieved a mature application of CRM in its domain or you may choose to “think outside the box” and apply CRM to an industry that has not yet embraced CRM in full or in part.
